The chronicle of training a puppy is not easy but difficult to a great extent. This is the general assertion of the dog owners. But to many others the concept of training a puppy at home can be simple if some precautionary measures are taken. It is true that the arrival of a puppy enchants the members and thus becomes the center of attraction. It is in their blood and for that they must be trained in a different manner. However, it is quite easier to train the followers. The success of the training happens to be best if the owner is the trainer. The success of the training depends on the trainer and not on the puppy. The training of a puppy needs time. Even though your dog is intelligent it will take at least weeks to learn obedience. Don't get panicked as this is normal.
Never concentrate on rigorous training and that also for long hours. The training should be concise, daily and to the mark. For instance everyday in the morning a training of 20-25 minutes is quite enough. Try to judge the mood of the dog and then start training. If it is in a dejected mood, any training can transform it to an aggressive one. This is not desirable and should never be done. It's better to begin the session with the simple command training like come, sit, heel, stay and fetch. These are easy to follow and this enables the puppies to learn fast. But never try to command in two different tones or else your puppy may get confused. Never try to perplex it since it many dampen its spirit and also self-confidence.
You shall have to be always the leader and make sure that he obeys your command. A dog for its genetic influence always reveres the leader of the pack and you should also be the same. Make also reward training a part of the session. This excels.
